About Me

I recognize what others miss — the details as well as the big picture.

For more than ten years

I've worked at the intersection of business, transformation, and human development — in the corporate world, alongside entrepreneurs and leaders, and through a life that has repeatedly taken me into new countries, cultures, and perspectives.

What runs through all of these chapters is something that's stayed with me from the start: I observe. I recognize patterns. I sense dynamics. And I have a pretty reliable instinct for when something is already there but hasn't found the right words yet.

That's true for business just as much as it is for people.

I often don't just see what's happening, but what's underneath it: where processes have become needlessly complicated. Where people position themselves smaller than they actually are. Where a business no longer matches the person behind it. Or where something new is already trying to emerge, but the existing structure is still holding on.

From virtual assistant to my own way of working

I started out as a virtual assistant.

But I never stayed long with the classic idea of what a virtual assistant "should" be. Very early on, I built my own way of working — and out of that grew two things that still define me today:

Freedom. Because I built my life and my work location-independent and 100% remote from the very beginning. Freedom was never just a perk I'd treat myself to eventually. It was a deliberate choice about how I wanted to work and live.

Workflow Ambassador. Because I'm passionate about good processes. About clarity, about structures that actually work, and about the question of how work can become easier without becoming arbitrary. I love it when chaos suddenly turns into a system that just feels right.

Over the years, this grew into far more than operational support alone. I've worked alongside companies, projects, and people across the widest range of industries — and along the way, I understood more and more that behind every workflow, every positioning, and every business decision stands a person with their own particular logic.

And that's exactly where it gets interesting for me.

What I bring

I bring more than ten years of experience in business and corporate contexts. I know the world of structures, processes, responsibilities, and decisions — and I know that what works on paper doesn't necessarily work in real life.

On top of that is my gift for observation, which has become my most important tool over the years. I listen, I ask questions, I connect the dots, and I like to take a second look when something seems obvious at first glance.

And then there's my own path.

I grew up in Cologne and never left the city on the Rhine — except for vacations. During my first trip to the Naples region, I fell in love with traveling. That love grew into a longing, and later into a way of life. "Going on vacation" became exploring the world, working differently, living differently.

Today I work project-based and remotely with clients across the widest range of industries, moving naturally between business, international ways of living, technology, personal development, and the question of how we actually want to shape our work.

Maybe that's exactly why I sometimes look at things from a slightly different angle.

I come from business. I think in connections. I observe people. And I believe the most interesting changes begin exactly where we're willing to look more closely.

Why we should work together

  • Over ten years of corporate experience — I know how organizations and decisions really work.
  • An eye for patterns and dynamics that has become my most important tool.
  • From a lifetime in Cologne — never anywhere else, except on vacation — and a corporate career, to a life that now spans the globe: today I work project-based as a remote manager for clients across the widest range of industries, in an almost entirely remote setup.

RVR Mentoring

Reflection. Vibrance. Radiance.

Finding clarity. Unfolding vibrancy. Living impact.

01 · Reflection

You reflect on the status quo: what the real problem is — and where you're currently stuck.

02 · Vibrance

You shift the frequency: blockages dissolve, your upper limit gets broken through.

03 · Radiance

You live new effectiveness — and shine in your full magnitude.

Who is this 1:1 mentoring for? For people who look like they've "arrived" from the outside — and who still feel they're missing the orientation to truly reach the next level.

I know what change means: a complete 180 in the middle of the pandemic, followed by emigrating and starting my own business, five years of living nomadically — always traveling to new places for months at a time and immersing myself in the land and its people, cultures, and communities. Alongside that, going through numerous coachings and mentorships myself. Repeatedly investing in my own personal and professional growth — time and money. Speaking of investments: cryptocurrencies and self-custody of assets were a foreign language to me six years ago — more than that, I had too much respect for the topic to even engage with it. I know the moment when growth doesn't feel like success but like a balancing act — and what it's like to practice patience, even though it's never been my strongest virtue. Enduring instead of avoiding, and developing a sharpened eye for what really matters through it — not just when it comes to diversifying assets.

That's why I don't guide you as a mentor or mediator working from theory alone, but alongside you, for the long run. In full transparency and from lived experience.
